3. Completed CR14 Form
This form captures important details about your proposed company such as its name, address, purpose, directors’ details, shareholders’ details, among others.

You will need to provide copies of passports or national identity cards for all directors and shareholders mentioned on your CR14 form.
5. Proof of Address for Registered Office
